We booked Mehmet for a private dinner and from the very first conversation, everything felt easy and reassuring. Communication was clear, friendly, and professional, and he really listened to what we wanted instead of pushing a fixed menu. We discussed preferences, timing, and the general flow of the evening in advance, and it was obvious that he put real thought into the planning. On the day of the dinner, Mehmet arrived on time, calm and well prepared. The kitchen stayed organized throughout the evening, and the atmosphere never felt rushed or chaotic. The timing between courses was excellent — we could enjoy each dish properly without long waits or pressure to move on too quickly. The food itself was delicious and very well balanced. The ingredients tasted fresh, the seasoning was spot on, and everything felt light but still satisfying. Portions were generous, and what we especially appreciated was that Mehmet had brought extra food, which showed great care and generosity. Nothing felt calculated or minimal it felt like he genuinely wanted us to enjoy the evening fully. The service was discreet and professional, without being stiff. Mehmet was present when needed but never intrusive. At the end of the dinner, the kitchen was left clean and tidy, which made the whole experience even more pleasant and stress-free. Overall, this was a very smooth, well-organized, and enjoyable private chef experience. We were extremely happy with both the food and the way the evening was handled and would gladly book Mehmet again for another special occasion. Highly recommended.
